Collection/Payment
We accept bank transfer, concealed cash and meet-up for payment. We will give out the details once your order is confirmed. For collection, you can choose normal postage or registered postage, as well as meet-up. We recommend postage as the default collection as it can save everybody's time (woo!). For the postage costs, it depends. So once you've ordered your item and confirmed your order we will help you to calculate the total costs and inform you so that you know how much to pay us in total.
Registered postage is highly recommended as you can track down the item if you do not receive your item within a few days. We will inform you of your tracking number if you request for it, so don't worry. We will keep the tracking number as well.
Once you transferred the money, please take a screenshot of your receipt. If you lost your receipt or anything, we will take it as you did not transfer the money over. So, please keep your receipt safely.
We only accept Singapore Dollars (SGD/S$). We do not accept other currencies.
Meet-up
Meet-ups at Red line for MRT Station, and for others you can name out I will consider. But please take note that we charge you according to your location/MRT Station as we have to include transportation fee. But for some it will be free =)

We entertain calls and messages, so if you have any emergency you can call us as well.
Please allow us to reply within 24 hours' time as we have to process the order and may be busy sometimes.

Orders
For pre-orders, you will have to pay first and you may have to wait for your item. Please note that if the supplier scams us, we will only refund half of the full amount as we are not the ones scamming you, it's our supplier.
Once your order has arrived, we will inform you within twenty-four hours' time. Please note that we do not ship to other countries except Singapore.
If you think that the waiting time is too long (it will be stated), feel free to cancel your order AS LONG AS WE HAVE NOT SENT IN OR CONFIRMED YOUR ORDER.
(Only for some very rare cases) For instocks, it will be cash on delivery. So if you opt for bank transfer or concealed cash as mode of payment, we will deliver the package immediately once we've received your cash.
Items
The colour of the items may differ because of the lighting and camera etc.
If you want to use our pictures, please credit us.
We are not responsible if the supplier ran away with your money, we will only give you half refund. A refund will not be available if you did not state the type of collection you want (bank transfer, meet-up or concealed cash) within seven days upon us telling you that we have been scammed. Please note that for meet-up, we will NOT charge the transportation fee if it is for refund because the supplier scammed us.
For concealed cash, if you do not receive the money or it has been lost during the shipping, we will NOT be held responsible.
If the item is OOS (Out of stock), you can choose to have refund (it will be a full refund) or exchange.
For exchange, it can be either an item with the same price as the item which is out of stock or you can choose a cheaper item which we will give you the remaining money and vice versa (choose a more expensive item and we will minus the refund according to the price of the item which is out of stock).
When your items arrive, we will inform you within twenty-four hours' time via SMS, call or e-mail.
No exchange or refund is allowed unless valid reason(s).
